good evening! I'm looking to revamp my mega blaziken team, but as I'm very new to competitive (I built the team with help from very kind people from other discords) I'm unsure what to do
to help, here's the team and the spreads
as a preliminary move, I've replaced chomp and sneasler with basc and gambit, but I haven't given them sets yet and I'm open to ideas
(also make sure to ping me if you reply)

here
i don't think you should play scarf garchomp but id definetely keep it
have you seen that mega froslass/mega blaziken team floaitng around?
i think it would be to your liking
I saw a few whilst researching online
unfortunately I don't have all the pieces but I can improv
id add trick room to your sinistcha tbh
you dont have a lot of tools for opposing trick room
you think it adds more than it takes away?
why is bro hating on scarfchomp
i mean
that's just me but i don't like gholdengho here
so like life orb garchomp with kingambit black glasses is better imo
im talking about this one

that was one of the ones I saw yeah
the only Pokémon I'm missing from that list is toxapek
toxapex is quite a unique pokemon im not sure if you can replace it directly
speak of the devil

this vexes me
yeah id give it a shot then since you have all the mons
since y'all are already here a question: why do the Sneasler sets run poison jab over dire claw?
i remember hearing that dire claw was very annoying to deal with
dire claw got nerfed
poison jab + poison touch gets you a pretty good chance of poisoning
ooob ok
so its like
decent chance of poison
vs gambling
thanks a bunch! y'all are great
I'll try it out in casuals before bringing to ladder as I have good success with my mega delphox team, it's mostly a passion project because blaziken's my goat
51% of poison if that one guy on reddit is right
the pex is probably meant to be used as a means of bringing in all those frail(ish) attackers
and to trap weak targets
here's what I've got now

2hp on blaziken
and max out hp on gambit
hp takes priority over defences
also im not entirely sure if the 2 speed evs on gambit are optimal (because of trick room)
but then again being faster might be better against opposing gambits
here's what I've got now

looks good
btw im not sure what the best spread for the pex is
someone else can chime in on this
I DID IT I DID THE SMART PLAY
I'm trying out a new team (mega blaziken + mega froslass) and their team was farigiraf, vivillion, mega delphox, and espeon
I managed to take out the farigiraf before it set up trick room, but it came at the cost of my blaziken getting sleep powder'd by vivillion
LUCKILY though with a combination of Sneasler (Poison Jab on both Vivillion and Delphox to whittle them down), Dragonite (Extreme Speed to finish those off), and Kingambit (Sucker Punch on Espeon) I managed to win!

sorry for the ping again but as I'm a total noob I figure I'd ask
how is the team meant to deal with tailwind? I've lost 2 games because of it (granted one was because I picked the wrong move on gambit like an idiot but still)
my previous teams had whimsicott for speed control + taunt and encore but this time I (seemingly, again, I may just be blind) don't really have a plan for that
well for one, toxapex and gambit straight up dont care about speed and dragonite can use extreme speed
but yeah you are just gonna have to play defensively while their tailwind is up
thanks! I'll keep that in mind
BOOM
their team was aggron, farigiraf, zard y, and basculeigon
I managed to nuke the giraffe turn 1 with blizzard + close combat, and then did the same to zard Y DESPITE NO SNOW BUFF TO ACCURACY, THEN SOMEHOW DIDN'T GET OUTSPED BY LAST RESPECTS FOR THE BILLIONTH TIME (he targeted the dragonite I brought out in place of lass to keep the possibility of snow alive and) and nuked his aggron with close combat, leaving him with just a basc and the forfeit

in hindsight I could've brought blaziken instead of froslass and achieved basically the same result without as much accuracy gambling but you never know
maybe then things would've gone very differently and I eat shit
