This is a double-Mega physical setup team. The main idea is to pick either Charizard-X or Mega Tyranitar as the win condition, then use Fake Out, Coaching, Rage Powder, Parting Shot, and Milotic’s anti-Intimidate pressure to help that Mega take over the game.

I wouldn’t rebuild the whole team. The idea is good — it just needs to be cleaned up so it plays more like a serious VGC team.

  1. Fix the EVs first.
The team is using normal 252-style EVs, but Champions uses point-style spreads. That needs to be cleaned up straight away so the paste looks correct.
  2. Make Charizard-X faster and more aggressive.
Charizard should be built to set up Dragon Dance and sweep. I’d run it with max Attack and max Speed rather than trying to make it too bulky.
  3. Keep Charizard’s moves simple.
Dragon Dance, Flare Blitz, Dragon Claw, and Protect is already the right idea. It doesn’t need extra tech. Its job is to get one setup turn and start taking KOs.
  4. Change Incineroar’s Knock Off to Darkest Lariat.
Darkest Lariat is the cleaner option here and keeps Incineroar’s Dark coverage while making the set more format-friendly.
  5. Make Incineroar fully supportive.
Incineroar is not the carry. It should be bulky so it can Fake Out, Parting Shot, Intimidate, and help position Charizard or Tyranitar safely.
  6. Make Milotic hit harder.
Milotic is here to punish opposing Intimidate. If the opponent gives it a Competitive boost, it needs enough Special Attack to actually become scary instead of just sitting there.
  7. Don’t describe Incineroar + Milotic like your own combo.
Your own Incineroar doesn’t activate Milotic. Milotic is there to punish the opponent’s Incineroar, Arcanine, Gyarados, Salamence, or other Intimidate users.
  8. Consider Trick Room on Sinistcha.
Sinistcha already supports the team with Rage Powder and Hospitality, but Trick Room gives the team a second speed mode. That helps Tyranitar, Milotic, and Sinistcha play better into faster teams.
  9. Change Tyranitar’s Knock Off to Crunch.
Crunch is cleaner STAB for Mega Tyranitar. It makes Tyranitar feel more like a real win condition instead of just a bulky Rock Slide user.
  10. Make the two Mega plans clearer.
The team should not be explained as “Charizard team with backup Tyranitar.” It should be explained as two modes:
Charizard-X mode for fast Dragon Dance pressure.
Mega Tyranitar mode for bulky sand and Rock Slide pressure.

Overall, the team has a strong idea. It just needs clearer roles: Charizard and Tyranitar are the win conditions, Sneasler helps them snowball with Fake Out and Coaching, Incineroar positions them safely, Sinistcha protects and heals them, and Milotic punishes the opponent for trying to Intimidate your physical attackers.
