Summary
In the Pokémon Champions | VGC Battles & Tournaments server, members are collaborating to refine a competitive team centered around Mega Crabominable and the Anger Point ability. The discussion explores the viability of rain cores, defensive synergy, and optimal support choices like Pelipper and Whimsicott. This thread provides valuable insights for players looking to improve their VGC team composition and damage calculation techniques.
This team is meant to support mega crabominable anger point. Crab as the ace. raichu as a second ace if needed or opposing team seems to be too much for the big boy (the crab). if anyone has any changes they would make or just any advice in general it would be greatly appreicated!

Ty
what u think?
I think it is trying to do to many things
Set screens , remove screens, set rain, abuse rain

You see this one here it’s kinda just a rain core
Then the steel scizor enjoys the benefit from being in the reain
Rain*
Same with sinis
I understand. To me it’s a 2 part team. We are either going with swampert or sableye not both
The rain is to try to cancel out drought teams
But I see what ur saying
Yeah so I agree you need the rain for sure !
So do u recommend any switches?
Peli over my rime most likely brings the team up a lot on its own
Isn’t my team btw but I helped make it
How so
If we take out Mr rime we disregard AP
At that point we just switch abilities
Crab also doesn’t really like this team composition
Like his just going to die I assume
Even behind screens
Who crab?
Yeah
I want the crab my ace
Crab actually is very bulky
I haven’t ran calcs but I can’t imagine it tanking like a psychic from delphox
I’m honestly thinking we just step away from AP
What do u use to run calcs?
https://nerd-of-now.github.io/NCP-VGC-Damage-Calculator/
And do u think we maybe swap out sableye for like whim?
Who can prankster tailwind or TR
Is there anything explaining how to use this?
Not that I’m aware of !
If that’s the case maybe we disregard AP and focus sash him? If we’re worried about him dying
I am confused
I’ll sum it up for you
In an easier way
Just let me handle it
It's very simple you can select the Pokemon you want their spreads and see the results of the damage and the possible rolls
I think ive seen it used before
So if the move has anything 100% or more then technically it would kill?
If it has 99.6 as a minimum roll it also counts as a guaranteed KO
Got you I’ll try it out
? Also how do u think whim would pair up here
