Then you evolve. As swerve said, if you have tailwind you should use it to calc. As I said, gambit speedties mega zard so in tw so theoretically speaking, you would outspeed a zard by 1 point if you have 1 point speed investment in your gambit
I understand tailroom might not be optimal and can be tricky but Its the team I wanna play so ill just deal with the bad

You will most probably go 1 for 1 on that trade but they will most probably get TR up if they want or do whatever with their Farig and you cannot do much

I run fake out, ice punch, double edge and hammer arm on my kanga
I was thinking fake out double edge low kick or drain punch the ice punch
But it is heavily built for TR

Unless something is 4x weak or I am 100% sure I am playing in TR, double edge does more damage than hammer arm

Gambit would survive the drain punch
yeah low kick does more but it still dosent ohko
And I sometimes run primerina in the back and giraff front so gambit is a big threat that I need gone
But I struggled a bit with hyper offensive teams at times
yeah set on farig will probably be twin beam , hyper voice, trick room, and then protect/helping hand
cause helping hand with chandi would be kinda nice
With mega kanga and helping hand it would KO
not sure if its worth taking away protect

You will not. The 6th mon syndrome exists for a reason. Even best team builders have 5 and then they try to what works for the 6th on ladder
You go to matches and see what you feel is missing and then slowly include that

Also a team that has dual speed modes sound great but can be a pain in the hindsight to operate. You have to understand which works when and may or may not like it

Primerina might be not bad or sylveon
Chandi might be a bit harder to pull off
Sylveon and mega chandi is a good combo

my tailwind options would be a bit more limited

Depends on your needs. If you see a lot of kingambit sneasler leads, colbur is better
You actually survive a kowtow and cc
For other leads, sitrus
If you want the giraff to stick around longer go for sitrus. If you want him to get Tr up and die, go colbur
