pump it into showdown and give it some test runs

but yeah id run that for a second mega option when lucario just wont go well

that i debated and just playing balance over tailwind
but im not sure just how badly its needed quite yet

I found a potential match up problem
I got caught off guard by a Mega Raichu Y and a Sneasler and got clobbered
yeah rai y takes some practice to get around and sneas needs to be beaten prio
the sneas matchup team has zero weaknesses to
but hyper voice will do most of the damage needed flash cannon will do most of the damage needed to get it close for a grassy glide cleanup
i have been handling rai y and sneas combos with incin and rilla
intimidate and parting shot cycle the sneasler to nuke its stats then maybe swap a move on rilla for high horsepower
hell even a miracle seed boosted grassy glide can possibly one shot rai y ill have to do calcs
fake out grassy glide aqua jet make balance a ton better. both hyper voices are not resisted by either mons
but can always trade out u turn for high horsepower to deal with rai y
on rilla
i have not played enough of the team or format to fine tune yet but things possible for swap are tailwind for flamethrower on salamence, uturn on rilla could be swapped for high horsepower for coverage, i like having basculegion on the team but if any mon has to be swapped i would say its him. can rotate him out for something a bit bulkier to handle matchups the team already doesnt handle well like farigiraf or (god forbid) indeedee F both would fit into the slot fairly well
kingambit also can fit. gholdengo could slide into this slot fairly well. but kingambit is probably the best answer. safe swap in to cover rai y and dire claw spam defiant fixes the matchup into opposing incineroar you get steel and dark type coverage to handle other matchups in grassy it gets a heal every turn as well and cuts eq in half

I found a team for Mega Lucario Z I wanted to try and I somehow got 2 4-0 sweeps with it
Maybe bots or players I’m not sure I’m in Great Rank
And I got some 4-0 sweeps
Only suffered 1 loss with this new team
I found it while studying Mega Lucario Z on YouTube and I love it

The only issue with this team is it has almost no damage output and its damage relys on setup or rillaboom

One of the Megas, Rillaboom, Ninetales and Basculegion
Order varies but I only 1 of the megas on this team either Lucario or Garchomp Z

I used Sneasler over sylveon tho
And my lucario spread was 32 hp 22 def and 12 speed timid
So literally 0 damage output
