Medicham is cool and a cool speed tier needs to go with whimsicott for sure
Uhh he will not like being hit with flying attacks or ghost so some safe steel/normal type switches would be a good start
Thunder punch , zen headbutt and closecombact hit every pokemon neutral damage except alolan raichu
