i made this team for a gym leader tournament for this friday and want to test it out before the day with teams im weak against!!
i feel like my team gets hard walled by charizard because of the 2 big types im weak to not sharing weaknesses so i need help on what to do when i might go against a mono fire team🥹

Your team only has a partial answer to fire types in general. Maybe add a rock or ground type attack to the team.
Mega Venusaur/chlorophyll Venusaur could be a decent Charizard counter with sleep powder giving crucial turns to get KOs.
Who should I replace with venasaur?
I can't say, they all kinda fit a role on your team. Another idea I thought of (not a serious idea) is destiny bond gourgiest. You can take down your biggest threat with it IG.
Also are you running setup on the hydraple with rage powder as support?
