Made a Scovillain team in 10 minutes with a friend, looks good so far, anything we could optimise???
Discord sent us an expired image link.
Looks quite interesting. My only concern would be fairies. I guess you would use Scovillian + Corveknight against them. Against a Aegislash, which is getting popular, I feel you could suffer. Your only response is a Scovillian and Tytar. Manual weather setters could be an annoyance for your team
Only electroweb as speed control against a really fast team could be useful, but it’s your only speed control, so that could play against you when having Rottom-wash is no good
I may be in the wrong
It looks solid and fun
It’s a double edge sword. The Sneasler would end up being almost useless if he does that thanks to Spicy Spray
It’s a good trade, a non-mega for a Mega
But if they don’t have anything for Corveknight, it could be very bad
It has chopple berry
So, it needs a 2HKO
For sure
🤔
That is the power of a white cat with anger issues
But Sneasler would for sure be a problem
Unless you sacrifice M-Scro and Brave Bird it with Corveknight
I believe it OHKO
The burn should also be able to get the focus slash
If in that match it was on the sneasler
Does the Scovillian survive the Close Combat?
🤔 It should be neutral
It would still die to the partner
True, it would be the safest, since it’s easy to read the rage powder
Oh
So, if you get a low roll (Sneasler), you could in theory burn both pokemons
I thought it had to be attacked, which meant both had to attack it, otherwise the Sneasler was the only one burned
Good to know then
Ah, now I see it was a 99.4, so regardless Scro survives the Dire Claw
Mb
The only way it does not burn them would be if the partner uses anything but a damaging move like tailwind, for example
🤔 but it would be dumb
I mean, if you start with Corve + Sco, the Sco would be just sitting there
Is the lead I feel it would work for Sneasler
Because the Tytar won’t kill the Sneasler
🤔
Against that matchup then I guess you would have to lead that
If he invests 19 points on def, it can survive a Close Combat
A raw one
If burned, can survived with half
The Tytar
Surprising
252 Atk burned Sneasler Close Combat vs. 44 HP / 148+ Def Chople Berry Tyranitar: 76-90 (41.9-49.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
That was what I got
🤔
Fair enough
I guess the matchup against Sneasler with the team would be to who reads it better. The Scovillian should be the one who tanks it enough
But it can be rough
Against fairies I really think he would struggle
i know, but the scovillain can survive 1 dire claw in order to secure the burn and be an annoyance
oh fairies werent really an issue for us, except floette, because sylveon and gardevoir use sound moves so Kommo-O could just setup in their faces and go for their teammates
Also araquanid is surprisingly good VS Char Y
it OHKOes Char Y with Liquidation thru sun if Charizard isnt bulky
but i will se if a raint eam could be better
maybe bulky offense in a rain team could be good since Scovillain is amazing when the game becomes long
thanks for the comments!

M-Meganium with a Dazzling Gleam could cook you as well
Hatterene and Alola-Ninetails could as well
So, have that in mind
Interesting, that cool. But you also have Tytar Rock slide, so you should also be fine
I believe that is the main weather condition played with him
You could try the team out more and see how it goes and the matchups. If they work, you could continue with it, it looks quite unique
