Do you need the 4atk points+charme for something calculated?
If so, I'd remove 2hp points, instead of speed points
mega raptor usually wants all the speed it can get

If I were u, I prefer more def investment in whims holding occa berry
If you want whims to deal dmg, I would rather use 2HP 32 SPA 32 SPE with sash
sash is okay here since we dont already have a sash user

and ofc bulk investment
