this gives you an example with both megas

if you want to pull off the encore disable, you need whimsicott and gengar on the field.
double protect
then encore whimsi on the target you want
then with mega gengar, use disable.
they will not only be stuck in place unable to switch out, but they wont be able to use any moves at all for a few turns either
