Mastering Pokémon Singles: Team Building & Strategy Tips

I have zero experience or knowledge of vgc, I only played the games for the story gameplay. I am trying to get to Master rank with some team combinations, but I feel like I am getting outplayed at almost every turn now because I don't know any good team synnergy or what move/ability rotations to use depending on circumstances, I feel really stuck and I am so close to Masters (Up and down between Ultra rank 2 and 1).
I have attached a picture of the teams I am using. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Only thing I can point out off the top of my head is that you cant be given experience. You have to play and learn, aswell as watch people playing.

have a look at stuff like this, or videos explaining the basics. Goes a loooong way.
The teams contain strong mons but as you said dont really have synergies per se and theres some stuff to pick apart here, however it truly seems like youll benefit most from familiarising yourself with the singles game in general.
Id also recommend you to just copy some of the well performing teams and play those before you turn to teambuilding
