Improve Maushold Annihilape Mega Raichu Team

I’ve been running this team in ranked and I did pretty well but once I played in a tournament with it I was struggling. Any ideas on improving it

mausape is not very good anymore
especially with all these sylveon mega gardevoir but especially mega floette around
its gonna be hard making this work for a tournament
also because your other 3 mons are not very good atm
greninja raichu and scoliosis are all not that viable right now
i guess mega raichu y has some niche, but raichu x is a terrain setter, but the only i dont really see someone besides raichu having a positive effect out of it
a fire type would do great in electric terrain
it becomes immune to sleep powder and handles chari y very well
(classic chari Y venusaur lead)
perfect partner for those leads would be heatran, since its immune to sludge bomb, sleep powder, heatwave, weatherball and 4x resists energyball, aswell as resisting solar beam or air slash
only problem is there is no heatran in the game rn
but i really like that pokemon, i just wanted to mention it
I am willing to get rid of mausape
But with correct setup they can wipe a team
I could also split it into two different teams

you could play this tanky annihilape to survive some really strong attacks like max attack life orb shadowball gholdengo

you outspeed pokemon like gholdengo by one point, but i dont think you will OHKO without rage fist boost, defiant or bulk up

i dont think you want mega metagross in this team though, i just added him to have a 6th slot
this was the speedy set, but the bulky set would have been better against that matchup
these 5 are doing a good job, but i cant think of a nice 6th slot

bc as of rn you are quite weak to rain, and not very strong against sun teams
but especially rain
i was thinking of mega venusaur
bc of its natural bulk and thick fat ability it will survive ice punch from mega swampert and heatwave from chari y with ease, especially with mausholds friend guard

I did decent with the Whimsicott, sinistcha is decent bc it heals you a little and gives you even more redirection, but you will lose the tailwind

like i said, idk if you even want to keep raichu x, Im not having much success with it

I could run rotom
Checking through this team does not like fighting delphox, arch, and especially Froslass
For delphox you have to rely on non stab rock slide or rage fist with a mon weak to psychic while it sends out psychics and heat waves on the team
Anniliape can only get arch to half without rage fist and while garchomp can do substantial damage it dies to a Draco and while sylveon can do good neutral damage it doesn’t like taking a flash cannon.
Garchomp and whimsa really don’t like taking blizzards and Anniliape hates shadow balls as well as the fact kinggam is often by it’s side makes a very difficult matchup to win

I tried using it on rain with like archaludon
I didn't have any success
I really don't know how to make it work
I could just use electric terrain for Raichu itself and to stop sleep strats
So maybe think of it like that
