I mentioned this before but he's my favorite mon but all attempts I've made to make him work have ended in pretty disappointing results. you probably want a different mega because base gar would hit harder and out speeds charizard, and you don't have sand so his ability is useless, rough skin is better

set up offensive volcarona isn't that good especially with rockslide everywhere
