Dark Ducky Squad: Respectful Staff Feedback
Summary
Dark Ducky Squad clarifies that members may question moderation decisions and share constructive criticism, but targeting or encouraging hostility toward staff is not acceptable. Concerns should be raised respectfully through tickets or DMs, and disciplinary action will be based on demonstrable rule violations rather than personal disagreements. These standards help keep the community fair and peaceful.
Hello, everyone.
I believe a healthy community should be able to accommodate disagreement without allowing it to become personal. Members are entitled to question moderation decisions, express dissatisfaction, and advocate for changes. Constructive criticism is welcome, and no one should feel discouraged from raising legitimate concerns.
However, there is a clear distinction between expressing disagreement and allowing personal differences to develop into targeted hostility towards a staff member. Please do not turn personal dislike into a hate train against any individual. Encouraging others to join in targeting a staff member, or using public statuses and general chat to fuel hostility towards them, is not acceptable and will not be tolerated.
If you have concerns regarding a staff member or a moderation decision, please raise them respectfully through a ticket or DMs. This allows matters to be considered fairly without creating unnecessary tension within the community.
Please remember that disciplinary action will be based on demonstrable violations of server rules, not personal disagreements or differences of opinion. These standards apply fairly to everyone.
Thank you for helping us maintain a respectful and peaceful community.
