AntiScamBOT Update: Silent Global Ban Notifications

Summary

The AntiScamBOT Support server has addressed an issue regarding redundant global ban notifications. The update introduces a fix for a detection loop that caused duplicate logs and makes global ban alerts silent for accounts not currently in your server. These changes help reduce log clutter and improve the overall efficiency of the bot for server administrators.

I see no reason to see every single time a global ban is detected, and it begins to clog the server logs when it happens multiple times per day.
I'd reccomend to change the system to only show when a global ban is detected when that member is in your server, or perhaps, if there is some people who want to see all global bans, it could be a toggle that is off by default.
