I have like 3 things in their document and the others are the other main Mortal Relic and the original versions of both of them A.K.A. Libero when they had literally only a paragraph of a document.

Sure, go ahead. I'm not great with rewriting my older OCs, so my old mistakes end up transfering to newer versions. I left the original document since for Libero, I had to draw a lot of inspiration from Electrite (Who I'll rewrite soon enough).
After reading it
My only verdict before being too detailed is
The oc is not exactly op
Which is good!
I thought the biggest critique would've been related to power scaling stuff. I'm scared now...
Kind of but I’m also good with balance that can give good opportunities for roleplay.
So I did ok-ish?
The most important part is that your oc isn’t inherently op. Which makes your oc approvable.
As for in general, I enjoyed reading the submission. And I think the oc is very interesting and I can’t wait to see them in action.
Would I need to make a Custom Moveset to make them work fully or no? It does feel like they sorta would need one due to the Natures' Element stuff.
Custom movesets are made by Mediocre, not by yourself. If you want it to be made (which I’ve seen there is a waitlist), I’d go to him. I might make a request forum for a custom moveset.
However if you want to do it yourself anyway, you can.
I don't know how best to do it, because I'm new here and haven't done RP in like 5 months lol...
That’s totally okay!! the custom movesets can wait, if you have any ideas- I suggest putting it somewhere! Whether it be in #tracker-hub , here, or in #character-discussion / #character-headcanons !
Tracker hub is the best way to keep track of your characters, their role plays, plans, arcs, etc.
I think I might send the ideas and stuff to Mediocre and then actually work on the tracker myself. As for planning on it, It'll be likely blank for the first while...
I just forgot to ask, but what class would they be fully? I planned for Psycher, but is there anything better you see in them before I commit?
