Regrets, I've had a few
But then again, too few to mention
I did what I had to do
And saw it through without exception
I planned each charted course
Each careful step along the byway
And more, much more than this
I did it my way
Yes, there were times, I'm sure you know
That I bit off more than I could chew
But through it all when there was doubt
I ate it up and spit it out
The record shows... I took the blows.
And did it my way
Anyway, I just wanted to tell ya guys to enjoy the new emojis. More of them and stickers are coming before we release our vessel into public
Heya, @🏛️ CITIZEN OF HOLME !
Don’t forget to take a look through #🗺️・the-cartographium — pretty much everything you need to know about the server is explained there.
I also just wanted to say that I love you all (no homo), and I really appreciate everyone who has been hanging around, chatting, helping out, and making Holme feel alive.
Right now, I’m doing the final polish on the server. There are still a few systems I want to finish setting up, including things like my donation page, purchasable color roles, and the server economy. The general idea is that you’ll be able to earn credits simply by being active in the chatrooms, then spend those credits in the shop on things such as cosmetic color roles.
Why am I announcing all of this?
Because I’m not going to add the server to official public server listings until I feel that everything is properly operational. I’m not jumping the gun with this one.
I want 📚 The Archives of Holme to feel like a complete server when strangers begin discovering it — not something half-built where features exist just for the sake of existing. Every bot I add should either be fun, useful, atmospheric, or serve an actual purpose within the community.
Speaking of which…
Thank you for watering the tree, guys. 🌳
I’ve been watching you.
I love you all.
And if any of you happen to know of a bot that is genuinely interesting, unusual, useful, or just ridiculously fun, feel free to DM me your suggestions. I’m always willing to take a look.
Whether I actually add it will depend entirely on how useful I think it would be for Holme, how well it fits the server, and whether it adds something we don’t already have.
So by all means, send me the weird stuff.
