Warning against Alfanet vs Mobile Broadband

I use Alfa 4G for work cause I work remotely and my building won't allow me to setup fiber. I used to use Alfa 4G broadband for 2 years, and the wifi speeds were fine. It was around 30-50 mbps on average. I was paying 45usd for 111gb, and this would literally be just enough only for work.

I then found alfanet and it seems to be cheaper by 50%. I contacted customer support and asked the reps over at the alfa building in jounieh, all of them say there is no difference, and they don't go too much into detail. Well, it turns out there is a major difference in speed. It went from 30-50mbps to 5-15 mbps on average this month. I should've known. It was too good to be true.
