Optimum Realism Update: Bedrock Block and POM Tweaks

Summary

Optimum Realism brings back its namesake block as a Bedrock block, making it available for players to place as a decoration without appearing in survival gameplay. The update also tweaks Parallax Occlusion Mapping on many blocks, with further improvements planned for R11.

I brought back the Optimum Realism block - now as the Bedrock block because obviously people playing survival will never see it, and those who want it to decorate their houses can very well place it. I also tweaked Parallax Occlusion Mappings for many blocks, more to come in R11!
