My account was flagged about a week ago because when i put money onto the app i never received the money i put from my $ app to the app and i had waited 3 days before going to $ app and asking them to refund it to me than my account was flagged and i cant add or take money out until i verified my account again which i did and i still have yet to hear anything from you guys about my account being not flagged anymore
Please contact the official PrizePicks support via the help center in the app, discord mods are unable to help you with verification or account flags on our end.
this is the same problem i’m going through i verified my account after they responded i gave them the documents they needed and haven’t heard back since
