I’ve been trying to create an account, but it won’t let me complete the process no matter what I try. I’m not even getting to the stage where I can take a picture of my ID.
I first tried signing up with my primary email address, [email protected]. When that did not work, I tried again using the alias [email protected] because I thought the first email address might be causing the problem.
I am only trying to create one account. I’m now concerned that these two attempts may look like I was trying to create two different accounts and could result in me being (word it won’t let me post).
Could someone please help me understand what is going wrong and make sure the team knows that I was only troubleshooting the registration issue, not intentionally trying to create multiple accounts?

I did, and even when i reset my password and verify it is right, it says "Login failed. Invalid email or password."

The only support I could find is the email. When I email it, it responds automatically saying I need an account to access support. I have the logins for both attempted accounts saved. It says they are wrong. I change the password for them. I log in, it says the new password is wrong.
Stuck in a loop here. Would love to use prize picks
Well I figured it out. I have no idea what I have done to be flagged. Is there no mod that can help me? I am a legal adult in GA. Do yall really not want my business. No way to prove it?
No appeals process either is just mind blowing. I’ve been identity banned before I even made an account for what 😭
