CommunityOne: New Ticket Category Whitelisting Update

CommunityOne Builders Help has released a new update allowing users to whitelist entire ticket categories for moderation settings. Does the bots moderation feature default settings affect ticket bots and the tickets they open? Especially for attaching links...
Ive added the ticket bot role as an allowed role but I want to ensure that members who open a ticket wont be modded...

yes, i think we would also block out users that are trying to send links

so that you can whitelist the ticket categories

It creates new channels for tickets so not sure how they could be whitelisted unless its whitelisting channel names containing "ticket" in the name???? Maybe im being stupid....
so any channel under the ticket category can be whitelist, i will make a push so that you can whitelist based on category
not just channel

Hey - can u lmk if this wont be fixed before tomorrow night? We have 2 events tomorrow and if its not updated by then, ill change bot perms so it wont affect ticket entries for the event! Thanks!

hI THERE! sorry about the late reply, but this is fixed, u can now whitelist a categpry now
if u dont see the category, then just click the refresh on upper left and it should be good to go!
