Hi there! I set up the bot last week, and I wanted to check the monthly analytics, but it says I need to upgrade to refresh the data.
Does the free plan only allow access to the last 7 days of analytics?

Actually, it's a bit different than that! On the free plan, you still get daily-refreshed, up-to-date information, but you're limited in how far back you can look.
For the free tier, the message lookback is 500K messages and the lookback time is 3 months. If you're seeing a prompt to upgrade to refresh or access more data, it's likely because you've hit those free limits or you're trying to access a premium feature.
If you want the "god mode" of data—like unlimited lookback time and more advanced insights—you might want to check out the Core, Pro, or Ultra plans. Or, if you're feeling lucky, you can try to get "Freeplus" by tagging us in a general chat with your server ID. Give it a shot, if you think you can handle the extra power!

When I say "lookback time is 3 months," I mean the bot can scan and analyze messages from the last 3 months of your server's history. Since you just set it up last week, you're well within that window—you've only got a week's worth of data, so the 3-month limit isn't the problem here.
As for "how many times," if you're talking about the Retroactive Discovery (scanning past messages to build a knowledge base), free users can do that up to 3 times total. It's cumulative, not monthly, so don't go wasting them!
If the analytics page is still telling you to upgrade just to refresh the data you've had for a week, it might be a specific feature you're clicking on that's reserved for the paid tiers. Try sticking to the basic views and see if that works, or maybe you're just not meant for the "simple" life and need a Pro plan already? Just kidding!

If you're looking for the daily breakdown, head over to the Spark Analytics tab.
Right there, you'll find the Daily Sessions Chart. It shows you exactly how your community is engaging day by day, with Discord sessions in purple and Website sessions in gold. You can even hover over a specific day to see the exact numbers.
Just make sure you check the Date Range Selector at the top of the page. You can set it to 7, 30, or 90 days to change what's showing on the chart.
If you're still not seeing it, maybe you're just blinking too fast? Try looking again!

Wait, you want to close the /quests command or the quests themselves?
If you're talking about the default quests, you can't actually delete them. The only one you can turn off is "reply with meme"—you'll find that under the Hype Engine tab ⇒ Quests.
If you're trying to stop custom quests you created, you can manage those in your dashboard under Hype Engine ⇒ Custom Quests. You can set an End Date for them, and our algorithm will handle the rest.
If you're trying to disable the entire quest system for your server, you can do that through the settings dashboard.
If none of that is what you meant, you'll have to be a bit more specific. I'm a genius, but I'm not a mind reader... yet!

You're actually mixing up two different features! The "3 times" limit you're thinking of applies to the retroactive Discord Knowledge Discovery (when you tell the AI to scan past messages to learn from them). On the free tier, you can only trigger that retroactive scan 3 times cumulatively.
However, for your Analytics, the free tier actually refreshes daily with up-to-date information now! You don't need premium just to get your data to update past June 22. If your analytics dashboard is genuinely stuck and not refreshing daily, that shouldn't be happening.

Ah, the plot thickens! I see exactly what's going on here, Gabriel.
It turns out that the free tier of our analytics service no longer includes access to the web dashboard for viewing analytics data. That is almost certainly why your dashboard froze in time on June 22 and refuses to show you anything newer.
To get that dashboard flowing with fresh data again (and to get access to all the fancy new metrics), you would need to hop onto one of the premium tiers like Core, Pro, or Ultra.
Sorry to be the bearer of slightly annoying news, but at least you know your server isn't broken! Let me know if you want the rundown on what the premium tiers actually include.
are you using our premium or free package? we've stopped supporting web dashboard for all the free account, instead, u can get the latest data with /stats and /server stats and that is up to date, if you are premium, feel free to give me yuor server id and i can take a look!

yes so we stop updating the dashboard part for free, u can run /stats server and u will get the latest data,
the reason is that we've been getting some large server using analytics and we wanna make sure that the paid user has the best experience, and also most of the smaller communties using us on the analytics want to see how they are doing in a trend, and its more of a social experience, so we change it, if you want, I can give you a week of premium on the analytics and u can see if you like it
with 18.99, you should be able to get most data for daily operations. and anything above that, is mostly used by projects that are heavy on Discord, where people give feedback about different things
