FanBase MCP Launching — XBorg Update

XBorg announces FanBase's MCP is going live, linking CRM data and fan app data to provide unified social engagement insights. The rollout supports teams accessing combined fan app and social metrics and previews future features like writing and cross-posting via ChatGPT and Claude Code. This experiment aims to attract more AI-native brands and creators to the community.
FanBase's MCP is going live soon, and it's working great!
For context, we're doing this as a growth experiment, because this enables us to list FanBase as an app on the ChatGPT app store. But it's also a feature that some users asked for, and this is a feature we hope will attract a cohort of more AI-native brands/creators.
For now, the MCP is mostly linked to the CRM data available within FanBase, allowing you to better understand how your audience engages with you across socials. It's also linked to your fan app if you have one, so teams like G2, Vitality, TL etc... will be able to get both their fan app data + social engagement data directly accessible via this MCP.
Next, we will look at adding more features to allow (for example) users to write posts directly within ChatGPT and Claude Code, and publish it across all socials via our MCP.
