Hi , here are the important updates with Electroneum.

1. Tangem hardware wallet integration is live

The ETN x Tangem card is here. Full native ETN integration lets you manage, store, and transfer your $ETN directly from the card, secured by Tangem's bank-grade EAL6+ chip — no seed phrases, no batteries, just tap and go.

Update your Tangem app to the latest version if Electroneum isn't showing yet.

2. Decentroneum non-custodial wallet has launched

A new way to manage your ETN: full key control and self-custody, plus seamless mobile dApp connectivity. Available now on Google Play and the App Store.

Download: https://decentroneum.com

*This is a third-party platform — please do your own research before using it.

3. ETN-SC is now indexed on SonarX

Electroneum Smart Chain is indexed on SonarX alongside 130+ leading blockchain networks. This means institutions, exchanges, and auditors can query our chain data (balances, wallet activity, transaction history) with the same enterprise-grade tooling used across top EVM Layer-1s — a solid credibility milestone for the network.

4. A major tender has been awarded to Electroneum

Big news still unfolding: a major tender we've been working on behind the scenes has officially been awarded to us, with Electroneum chosen over several billion-dollar blockchains for our green credentials, transaction speed, and low costs. Contracts are still being finalized, so full details are under wraps for now — but keep your notifications on, because this one's big.

5. Developer Workshop 3.0 wrapped in Nigeria

We brought African builders together with DLT Africa for another hands-on, AI-powered Web3 dApp workshop on ETN-SMART CHAIN. From learning to building and connecting, the energy was real — and we're just getting started.

Decentroneum

A Web3 platform for the Electroneum ecosystem — tools, utilities, and Decentroneum Wallet.

Hi , here are the updates in the past couple of weeks for Electroneum.

ENS is here

Our own ENS-compatible wallet naming service is officially LIVE on mainnet. Say goodbye to copying and pasting 42-character hex addresses. You can now claim a custom .etn domain and route transactions using a human-readable name instead (in supported wallets).

Claim your .etn name: https://ens.electroneum.com
Explorer: https://blockexplorer.electroneum.com/name-domains

Legacy blockchain switch-off deadline confirmed: January 31st, 2027

If you still have old legacy paper wallets from before March 3rd, 2024, you MUST migrate your tokens to the EVM-compatible Smart Chain. Any funds left on the old chain when it turns off on January 31st, 2027 will be lost permanently.

Tangem hardware wallet integration is almost here

We announced our partnership with Tangem earlier this month, and the card-based hardware integration is nearly ready to drop. Bank-grade cold storage, chip-based security (no seed phrase hassles), and 5-second transaction finality, right from your pocket. Stay tuned for the official release.

Please make sure you only use official Electroneum links and stay cautious of fake support accounts or unexpected DMs.

Hi , important update on the network.

1. Legacy blockchain switch-off countdown is coming

Attention $ETN holders: the legacy blockchain switch-off countdown announcement is dropping soon.

If you still have old legacy paper wallets from before March 2024, you MUST migrate your tokens to the new EVM-compatible Smart Chain. Any funds left on the old chain when it turns off at the end of 2026 will be lost permanently.

2. Our own ENS is coming

Say goodbye to long, confusing wallet addresses. We're setting up our own ENS compatible wallet naming service, so soon you'll be able to secure a custom .etn domain for simpler, safer, uniquely-yours transactions.

The future of identity on Electroneum is coming. Stay tuned for details.

Reminder: Electroneum Wallet Migration

The Electroneum App and my.electroneum.com wallets are closing on July 11, 2026. If you still have ETN there, please download your private key PDF before the deadline so you can keep access to your funds.

To migrate, log in to the Electroneum App or my.electroneum.com, download your private key, store it safely, then import it into a third-party Web3 wallet like Zypto, MetaMask, or another EVM-compatible wallet.

Please do this early, especially if you have not logged in for a while. Some wallets may need time to sync before the key can be downloaded.

We have also opened a new channel: #🔒・wallet-migration-guide

Use that channel for migration questions, including private key downloads, wallet imports, RPC issues, paper wallets, and related concerns. You can also ask in #🤖・support for quick guidance.

Important: Electroneum admins, moderators, Charge Leaders, and community helpers will never DM you first or ask for your private key, seed phrase, PIN, password, or PDF file.

➡️ Important Electroneum Update

The Electroneum App and https://my.electroneum.com/ wallets are closing on 12th July 2026.

All transactional functionality of the Electroneum App and https://my.electroneum.com/ wallet system has already ceased. The ONLY way to access / transfer or transact with any ETN stored in this wallet system is to download your Private Key and make use of a third-party wallet system. There are plenty of third-party wallet systems that are easy to use and offer advanced features, so pick whichever one that works for you!

Why is it shutting down?
The Electroneum blockchain has come a long way since its launch and is now fully EVM- and Web3-compatible. The Electroneum App and wallet systems are not fully Web3-compatible wallets, and since there are many excellent third-party wallet providers, it doesn't make sense to update our systems. Many of these projects provide far more functionality than could ever be provided via the Electroneum App, such as wide-ranging support of other cryptocurrencies and even VISA debit card facilities (see the Zypto app that now fully supports ETN).
