ملخص
Godforge marks World Mental Health Day encouraging members to care for themselves by enjoying hobbies that boost mood and reduce stress. The announcement shares team photos, invites members to post mood-enhancing activities in #irl-general, and highlights the Side Quest fundraiser for Safe In Our World. So far £674 has been raised toward a £1000 goal and donations are encouraged.
Hey !
Today is World Mental Health Day and taking time to look after yourself is very important to us at Fateless.
One way to look after your mental health is by having a hobby. Doing something just for fun is proven to stimulate “happy chemicals” in your brain which improves mood and motivation. By doing something you love, even for a short time, you can reduce stress
combat anxiety and depression and increase your self esteem
Below you’ll see some pictures of the Fateless team doing the things that make them the happiest and we’d love for you all to take some time over the next few days to do something you love too!
If you’d like to share your mood enhancing activities in the #irl-general channel, we’d love to see them! 👀
You may have seen that our focus this month has been to move for mental health with our Side Quest fundraiser for Safe In Our World who are focussed on fostering mental health awareness within the gaming industry.
So far we have raised 🎉 £674 🎉 which is amazing but we would love to hit our £1000 target.

ps We hear that giving to charity is also great for releasing endorphins 😉
