World Mental Health Day: Move for Mental Health

Today is World Mental Health Day and taking time to look after yourself is very important to us at Fateless.
One way to look after your mental health is by having a hobby. Doing something just for fun is proven to stimulate “happy chemicals” in your brain which improves mood and motivation. By doing something you love, even for a short time, you can reduce stress 
combat anxiety and depression and increase your self esteem
Below you’ll see some pictures of the Fateless team doing the things that make them the happiest and we’d love for you all to take some time over the next few days to do something you love too!

You may have seen that our focus this month has been to move for mental health with our Side Quest fundraiser for Safe In Our World who are focussed on fostering mental health awareness within the gaming industry.
