youngxenon-79

you just wanna focus on stopping them from moving

youngxenon-79

i find it very hard to believe that they will bring blastoise

youngxenon-79

use ceruledge to take down sinistcha and the delphox, and use your rillaboom and raichu to take down their indeedee, incin and pawmot

youngxenon-79

abuse the fact that mega delphox is vulnerable to fakeout and priority, and make smart switches and take out indeedee and sinistcha first

youngxenon-79

milotic can also be brought to defeat the incin but i just think that raichu can deal with it

youngxenon-79

i can play a couple games against you in showdown with the teams if you'd like

Principles

@youngxenon-79 i find it very hard to believe that they will bring blastoise

extra context of the post, ive actually had a best of 3 match with a player using this team.

g1 i led staraptor (for tw) + milotic (for muddy spam) vs delphox indeedee, with raichu rilla in the back. t1 i just set tw and coil while they follow me and nasty plot, i wasnt willing to risk switching in rilla to potential heat wave. from there they just stay base delphox and spam eforce and ko everything, late game they mega to outspeed mega raichu

g2 i tried thinking the best i could vs g1 leads and went ghold + ceruledge, with raichu rilla in the back, they switched and went blastoise + indeedee. at that point i alr knew it was cooked. t1 not like i could do much else i hoped the toise is faster and goes for shell smash, i went make it rain only for it to outspeed instead and deal like a quarter and then toise shell smash, from there they just switch around with sinistcha and indeedee and its insta cooked

@silvercactus-53 Yeah even the best of the world in worlds struggled lol

youngxenon-79

i think bringing staraptor is a bad idea

youngxenon-79

they will lead their mega and you have to cover all options imo

silvercactus-53

Nah floette sucks against them

silvercactus-53

Uh idk it's one of the most consistent structures and will probably rise again

silvercactus-53

It's extremely hard to beat setup spam consistently

silvercactus-53

I'm actually quite surprised to not see it perform

grandguitar-20 OP

ok, thanks alot for the insights yall

@grandguitar-20 ok, thanks alot for the insights yall
youngxenon-79

i can do practice games if need be

coralraven-21

Start off with Milotic and Ychu, and switch either one out for Rillaboom, dual fake out and guaranteed Paralysis can cripple delphox, and Zap Cannon/wood hammer will either do most or all of Blastiose's health. Also this Delphox doesnt have any ghost coverage, so Ceruledge can do a lot of Damage, but will never be enough for an OHKO, unless you swords dance maybe
