I am new to VGC, while I have been following it for a while never had a chance to play one. Wanted to try Rain team with Jolteon considering it SpA and Spe. Let me know how is the team and any suggestions are welcome.

Usually archaludon goes with rain teams and if your dead set on using jolteon I would give swampert Stomping Tantrum instead of eq because you only have one Mon u can use it next to
Also you dont need that much speed on swampert because with swift swim it would be at like 300 speed so you can nock some points off for bulk
Tsar should be using power whip if you are going to use wide lense, I also suggest using taunt over kick as it make sure farig can't set up tr
And ceruledge is an odd include fire types aren't the greatest in rain teams
Yeah this feels better served as like sneasler or a poison type
Or a fairy like tinkaton
That would answer your fairy issue
