Need a VGC Team Guide and Recruitment Help

In Pokémon Champions | VGC Battles & Tournaments a new player requests a team guide and recruitment advice. It would be helpful , if i get a guide of how i play my team and also what are the new recruitment i need now

With this roster I probably would go like Zard Y/Garchomp with Life Orb/Whimsicott with Sash and tailwind/Kingambit with Chople or black glasses/Incineroar with Sitrus/Raichu Y
Chlorophyll Venusaur is also a great option there with ZardY
