I 've done some research. I found out that a pokemon in a lvl 100 can still evolve by giving it a rare candy. I checked Piloswine, Combusken and Dragonair can be transferrable in Pokemon SV. D don't know if this is legit though hehe.

Also if transferred to Pokemon Legends ZA, we do meet any side-conditions (moves/time) ➡️ Open menu ➡️ Press "Evolve".
