VGC Team Building: Salamence vs Staraptor Strategy

From playing with this team speed control isn’t a problem.
Defensive web is great
Damage is plentiful.
Psyspam is covered
Archaludon teams are a bit of a pain
And I’m undecided on whether I want hydreigon to have life orb or choice scarf with snarl.
Other tips are also appreciated

Garchomp & Golisopod VGC Team Building Guide

I'm pretty sure this trio is good. Chomp and Pod cover each other defensively (Garchomp resists fire, Pod resists ice and dragon) and offensively (Chomp quite effectively handles other Pods and other fire types while my Pod handles the ice types and fairy types Chomp) hates. Farig is also a good support for both as it provides protection from fake out/priority in general, helping hand and trick room for Pod)

I'm just really stuck on the other pokemon, I've tried a bunch of stuff but nothing feels right.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Optimize Your Lucario-Z & Froslass VGC Team | Pokémon Champi

Hey there folks, I need some help on two things, EV spreads and a possible mon replacement.

This is the team I have been running in champs since the new format dropped and I found out M-Bax is a fraud 😭

Basically, the game plan is simple, go fast and hit things. Incin and Rilla give good support in fake out/knock off/terrain/parting shot/intimidate. Milotic is there to dissuade intimidates on my physical attackers, help on the zard matchup, and provide the only measure of speed control on the team. Life dew was chosen just for providing some healing to what is a fairly bulky team, especially behind veil. Froslass and Luc-Z compliment each other well imo, with Froslass hitting the mons like mence/gengar/staraptor/psychics/fightings that luc really struggles against, while Luc can do decently well into Golisopod, and excellently dealing with Archaludon/Sneasler/Raichu/Garde/etc.

Biggest issues that I am finding so far is in Milotic, I needed some form of speed control and ideally on a mon that didn't compound my weaknesses to rock. The bulk also helps synergise with the grassy terrain/veil. However, it is not really outputting with the consistency that I desire. Feels very awkward if I ever bring both it and basc to a match, and when I take it with the fake out brothers, I lose out on a lot of damage outside my megas.

The ev's are not optimal, clearly. I am very happy with my incin and luc ev's but am not entirely sure the best practices for the other mons.

Any assistance with improving the team without changing the megas would be appreciated. I am finding the megas to be very solid into the variety of matchups on ladder.

Preciate the time, and can write a more indepth work up if needed, this was just what I could say off the top of my head.

VGC Team Building Help: Climbing to Master Ball

I made this team with no overlapping typings. How can I win with this setup? Are my typings and weakness coverage good? I have some ideas on running as opening but after quite a while in the mid-game, I lose the momentum. Kind of need some coaching on how I can run this team better. I am currently in ultra ball 2 and plan to reach master ball with this team. Some advices would help. I still doubt myself in battles and keep making the wrong call, which could sometimes cost me my win.

Mastering Perish Trap: VGC Competitive Strategy Guide

Hey everyone this is what my main perish trap has been for a while. The few hard matchups that I’ve encountered are: Psyspam (50/50 depends on skill and reads), Hard TR (I get demolished almost 80% of the time ngl), and some sort of Balance teams like Italian Balance I think it’s called with M Scovillain and Froslass (again 50/50). Every other matchup has been pretty positive I’d say, Sneasler hard counters but I can work around it with disable and other shenanigans like parting shot and stuff. Feel free to leave any advice or questions on reasons why I have anything specific of the team

Rate My Team: Pokémon VGC Strategy & Team Building

Hi! So, I built this team 100% based on the Pokémon I like, and I’m not sure if it’s good or bad. I’ve been playing for almost a year (I used to play on Showdown and switched to Champions), and this is the team I’m using right now. What do you guys pros, or just people who actually think before they attack think of this team?
