After observing the staff team, Iโve noticed that many roles currently lack a clear purpose, and some staff members are unsure of their responsibilities. Therefore, all staff roles will be reviewed and reassigned in the near future.
From now on, roles will be assigned based on the tasks you are willing and able to perform, not on favoritism, seniority, or simply asking for promotions.
