📢 Staff Reorganization Announcement

After observing the staff team, I’ve noticed that many roles currently lack a clear purpose, and some staff members are unsure of their responsibilities. Therefore, all staff roles will be reviewed and reassigned in the near future.

From now on, roles will be assigned based on the tasks you are willing and able to perform, not on favoritism, seniority, or simply asking for promotions.

Examples:
🎉 Event Managers → Organize events and keep chat active.
🛡 Moderators → Handle moderation and member reports.
🤝 Partnership Team → Manage partnerships.
🤖 Technical Team → Manage bots and server systems.

Staff roles are responsibilities, not rewards. Promotions will no longer be based on “please promote me” or friendship, but on contribution, reliability, and interest in specific areas.

No one is being punished. This change is being made to create a more efficient and organized team where everyone understands their purpose and can contribute meaningfully.
