When I put my email, legal name, and my address, I cannot go any further after putting my address no matter what I do.
I tried to email support and it did not help because it needs me to have a PrizePicks account.

You can try contacting Live Support anonymously via the web page on your web browser.
It's possible you're being blocked from creating an account but you could speak to someone w/ access to the back-end to confirm that. FYI - they wouldn't be able to give you the reason why you're blocked if that's the case.
