Summary
In CommunityOne Builders Help this announcement addresses emoji display issues where knowledge files sometimes send literal tags like <name:ID> instead of rendering the emoji. It explains that custom emojis don’t work outside Discord, mentions sites like discadia that resurface emoji images, and suggests using proper emoji formatting or image attachments as a workaround.
In the knowledge files when I tell it to send an emoji it will work for most of the time but there are some times where it literally will only send and not the emoji itself
try it as one of the ai rule
say something like, if u want to dislay text in this form, make sure to display it as an emoji or something like that
if it is a custom emoji, it doesnt work outside of the discord platform right?
i see, yeah thats what I see when we publish the discord annoucement,, the emojis just dont surface
but I know there are sites where you can find the server emoji
i wonder how they do it, maybe they download it?
and then resurface it
https://discadia.com/emojis/
i see
I know people used to go out of their way to join servers for the emotes, any thoughts on how popular emojis are these days?
