Fixing Emoji Display in Discord Announcements

In the knowledge files when I tell it to send an emoji it will work for most of the time but there are some times where it literally will only send and not the emoji itself

i see, yeah thats what I see when we publish the discord annoucement,, the emojis just dont surface
but I know there are sites where you can find the server emoji
i wonder how they do it, maybe they download it?
