Fixing Emoji Display in Discord Announcements

Summary

In CommunityOne Builders Help this announcement addresses emoji display issues where knowledge files sometimes send literal tags like <name:ID> instead of rendering the emoji. It explains that custom emojis don’t work outside Discord, mentions sites like discadia that resurface emoji images, and suggests using proper emoji formatting or image attachments as a workaround.
