there was a strategy where you would give the small fish the toxic orb, so it slowly dies, bc its usually unkillable in dozos mouth
you would use substitude, protct leftovers dozo, i even used dive, bc that makes dozo unhitable for 1 turn
when the small fish finally died you could send in a psycho-plus pokemon like sylveon and than you would have 2 pokemon on the field with their stats doubled

on second thought i suggest dont use matcha
