Building a Halloween VGC Team: Gourgeist Strategies

i started working on a new team to correspond with the new season and thought it'd be fun to make one appropriate for october! especially after getting a gourgeist in a dream ball from the recruit ranch.
that being said, i've tried a number of different combos and i'm struggling to get anything in particular to work. i will say i've learned gourgeist is a great stall mon in the right conditions, running protect + trick room + leech seed + will o wisp and max evs in both defenses. had a bit of success using runerigus with ally switch too since it basically gets me a guaranteed trick room setup. but other than that, i'm stuck in ultra ball 3.
what would be a good build to base around gourgeist, and do i need to adjust the moveset i have for her? would i do better without trick room, maybe even dedicating her or something else to imprisoning it? or is it a dumb idea to build around her to begin with???? like i've mentioned in my past posts here, i am pretty new to vgc in general, having only started in july/august. xP

ended up getting to mb 4 with this team!!
been having a rough time upon reaching it tho, i'm relying a lot on maxing out speed so nearly everyone's a glass cannon and im unsure how to better balance stats going forward. or if i should switch a few out atp. also considering making gourgeist the defensive staller again, but power whip has saved my ass on a couple occasions

(also worth noting i sacrificed some of gliscor's speed for some spdef bcus she keeps getting one-shot by water and ice moves. and even a couple battles after doing that she's still getting one-shot
