Team falls apart very quickly after any one Mon goes down, advice to prevent that (and critiques of the core team)?

Why use breaking swipe on chomp?
Utility, mostly. Plus good damage if I’m up against an all-physical team, and 170 attack is nothing to scoff at
And the reason it’s not Modest
But decreasing defenses is so bad tho
Ffs
This is outdated again somehow
Gimme a sec
Sure

Houndoom/Golisopod Sun
I remember now: changed the mega yesterday, Garchomp was getting bodied by everything under the Sun, Rain, and Trick Room
And you switched to one goat who hater summer?
Yep
Based
Plus, non-Mega gives good pivoting and damage
How often do you use wide guard
Very
Heat Wave, Snarl, Gleam, Force, Discharge, Blizzard, EQ
My goat be goating
Plus Hyper Voice
That stuff hits nasty
And maushold is it useful
Yep
After You lets Golisopod and Torkoal hit faster and harder than you’d think
Sylveon too
… am I running fake TR?
I know how that works villeplume was very good with it
Yup
Plus Population Bomb eats half of a Floette
At -1
Damn
Still trying to figure out why one thing gets mauled to death and the team immediately loses within two turns
This other team was not dissimilar in bulk, but actually got OHKOs. And survived on low a lot of the time.

(no the Sceptile didn’t keep DPulse, it got Breaking Swipe)
