For toxic stall, u need bulky Mon. All your mon is not bulky enough to use the starts buddy
Consider something like raptor with 32hp 32spe 2atk
Chomp also have bulky set with 20Hp sitrus. But I forget the other ev.
And give protect to all your mon hhehehe
If you want, you can use like regenerator Mon + sinischa to boost your survivability

This is my gym team, the gameplan is to spread toxic & infestation to trap opponent
Dragalge + toxapex + slowking have regenerator, so you switch in and out regularly. Incin + sneasler help to stall via fake out
Flip turn/parting shot/u turn also can be used to trigger regenerator
Staraptor could work, its bulky enough with close combat contrary. But I think Delphox will be too fragile if you want your team to focus on poison stalling

Stalling in this meta is not that good imo HAHAHA
It's just so annoying to deal with

For your team I think I'll swap gholdengo and Delphox. The rest can be used

Coz I think Delphox need a support. She die quite easily and her speed is not the best
