Mega Barbaracle. A mega that when you look at him on paper, he's like "Oh he looks kinda cool" then you look at his typing into the meta and go "Oh god." His design doesn't do any heavylifting either. But... with the rise of Rain Yard, Rain without Basculegon, and less Staraptor, Barbaracle might be able to slip through the cracks and steal games. First off we got the big Barb himself, Barabaracle. Barbaracle is nice because you don't actually NEED to mega evolve him every game, unlike some other megas I've used in the recent past. Barbaracle is a setup sweeper with Rock slide and Close combat for stab, protect for protect, and Shell smash to boost speed and attack (and ig special attack but guh.) He's Adamant 4 speed to outspeed even max max Z megas after a Shell smash (although not faster than many scarfed mon, so be wary,) with a lot in defenses so even after the defense drops, it can still stay relativly bulky, especially in sand. A nice think you can do is dely your mega while you setup so you resist some moves better, like Steel, Fairy, Psychic, and Water. Once he gets going, he punches big holes in opposing teams or outright finishes them off himself.
Choice. Scarf. Metagross. Now I know what you're thinking."Gorey! Whatever you're on, let me have some." But hear me out. Metagross is here to remove opposing terrain, (or my own if it pains me) with steelroller since big Barb up there is weak to both Rillaboom and Psyspam. With Jolly max speed, it outspeeds the 130 point speed mark, BY 1 POINT. That way, it can throw off Stomping tantrums into Raichus, Psyfangs whilst ignoring Intimidate into Gengars, all while still being decently bulky, and has great synergy with Barbaracle. The rest of the st is fairly standard, with Iron head and Psy fangs.

Mega Tyranitar. The secondary mega of the team offers a lot. Weather control, setup potential, and I don't need to mega evolve him every game. He offers sand to boost Barbaracle's special defense, which helps him setup or live longer. But he is no standard support, He's Tyranitar. Face of sand. Mr Why Didn't They Nerf Him 3 Games Ago. 
. And the thing about my megas, is that they're super flexible. I can bring both, not evolve either, and still win in certain games.
Excadrill. A personal favorite to run, he offers the team quick pressure. With High horsepower for burst, Iron head for very consitant damage, and Rock slide for flinch chances with Tyranitar and Barbaracle, he's an icon of sand. sadly, this isn't a bulky Lofe orb set I love, but he still does his job nonetheless.
Rillaboom. Yep. He's the big bad guy of my team, yet I use him. Grassy terrain healing just offers soooooo much for my team in general, with passive healing, pivoting, Fake out pressure, and quick burst. You know the guy, you may not love him, but he does his job well. He also activates my last mon...
Milotic. It's the Coil, Hypnosis, Muddy water set with Grassy seed. It's supposed to sit around forever, and chip things into death, while they can't kill it in return. I lwk don't know what EVs to run on this guy, so i just did max max (i need help with this part lol)

the team is very good, but golisofraud is a big issue for me. Most fire types I considered adding leave a bigger weakness in the team, and i also still dont know what evs to run on milo

Other than that, your best chance is to stall or avoid trickrom and put him to sleep
i usually have to play well with milo or somehow manage to get a shell smashed cc off

It's a shame that Hidden Power no longer exists, but anyway, a non stab move with 60 base power would hardly kill Golisopod under rain
