I wouldn’t rebuild the whole team. There are some good combinations here, but Indeedee is doing a lot of the work. It’s setting terrain, protecting its teammate with Follow Me and trying to get Trick Room up. It can’t do all of that in one turn.

My first change would be Wide Guard over Muddy Water on Pelipper. Follow Me won’t protect you from attacks that hit both Pokémon, like Expanding Force or Rock Slide. Wide Guard gives you an answer to those, and Basculegion already gives you strong Water damage.

I’d also look at Throat Chop over Rock Slide on Sneasler if Gholdengo is giving you trouble. Right now, Gholdengo is immune to both your main attacks and resists Rock Slide. Throat Chop gives you something useful to hit it with. You would lose Rock coverage against things like Charizard, though.

The biggest thing with this team is knowing when you actually want Trick Room. Golisopod likes it because it’s slow. Sneasler after Unburden and Basculegion with Choice Scarf usually don’t, because they’re already fast. Before setting it, look at which Pokémon you have left and whether it helps them or your opponent more.

I’d be careful about always trying to get Swords Dance up on Golisopod too. Sometimes attacking straight away is better. If you spend a turn setting Trick Room and another using Swords Dance, you’ve already used up a lot of your time.

For Gardevoir, Trick Room over Aura Sphere is worth testing if you struggle to set up. That lets Indeedee use Follow Me while Gardevoir sets Trick Room. But Aura Sphere is useful against Kingambit and can get around Wide Guard, so I wouldn’t drop it without a reason.

I’d leave most of the stats alone for now. Pelipper’s Speed actually makes sense—it reaches 192 under Tailwind, just above a maximum-Speed Jolly Mega Salamence at 189.

If you really want to change a Pokémon, Hatterene over Gardevoir is the one I’d try if Golisopod is your favourite Mega. Hatterene can set Trick Room and attack alongside Mega Golisopod without either losing access to its best form. You’d give up Gardevoir’s faster playstyle, though.

Start with Wide Guard on Pelipper, then change one thing at a time. That way you’ll know what’s helping instead of ending up with a completely different team you have to learn again.
