Start is always Sinistcha / Incineroar or Pelipper / Incineroar
Pelipper if I want Metagross
sinistcha for trick room and heracross
The milotic for fire fire type
All things could be changed, but no Heracross
Have you considered Arm Thrust for Heracross? It could help get around any Focus Sash users and won't bring down your defenses.

And Sinistcha with Rage Powder is great for redirecting any flying type moves away from Hera
With Skill Link is always the max so

Trick Room is great for speed control for anything that might out-speed Hera
Bad part of Hera is not slower than a bunch of pokes
with 85 is risky
You're exactly right, and I think that's why you should keep Trick Room, cause if you know for a fact that someone in going to out-speed you like say Ceruledge, you cna respond with Trick Room
And if they're slower, turn it off and now Hera is back to being faster
I would take out Pelipper and Metagross for other choices but having a second Mega with Metagross is probably in your benefit so I wouldn't take him out
So maybe take out Pelipper for a different utility Pokémon
I think you got a great combo going on here
What could be other utility Pokémon

I played 3gen VCG
I usually run Sableye for his Prankster cause it's so oppressive. Or maybe a Reuniclus for putting up Light Screen and Reflect
Light screen sounds interesting
It'll def help with giving Hera and Meta more defenses
You could run a Pokémon with the move Decorate or Helping Hand which will buff any attacks from Hera and Meta
And grimnslar (idk how to write it) like screen user?

85 speed is good mid range for trick room still

A lot of mons are slower
Then try tailwind and see how everythinf feels
