wanted to make a team with Mega Lucario Z and the birb

He really wants to keep both megas so trying to fill gaps where possible. Not 100% happy with the zard matchup here.
Its doable but theres no easy answer.
Ceruledge is prolly the easiest to change.
Maybe Harcanine or sum shii
Issue is running dual fighting
Yeah it really throws you. Salamence would fit staraptors role better
Keeps the tailwind option and allows you to hit pretty much the same stuff but more.
Ill run some games on ladder after work and see if I can cover for the weaknesses of the megas

This team works so well together excellent weather control, hard hitters who do their job as well as universal support for almost any situation

The team is on the trainer card I made
Mega stones on Lucario and Tyranitar that’s obvious enough for Indeedee she has a Rocky helmet, Sinistcha Leftovers, Choice scarf Hisuian Arcanine with Rock Head ability and finally a focus sash for Excadrill
It has Dragon Dance but don’t know if or what to replace it with

I thought so too but I was suggested terrain pulse to deal with Pokemon like sneasler and Gengar
I also considered nasty plot as well for extra power
Don’t know what to replace tho
Nasty is nice id rather get the quick set up but calm mind works too

The Yaichu is a good replacement.
If we add a tailwind setter now we would have to drop Sylvie or something.. do you find speed a problem?

It’s hard to find a good tailwind setter that isn’t a mega
It’d ultimately mean I’d have to swap my weather control to something that won’t damage volcarona and make it extremely tanky
I could use Alolan Ninetales as well as Baxcalibur
I’m starting to not like Indeedee on the team
So I swapped to Rillaboom
And I’m officially stumped again

I like the Yaichu idea, he helps cover zard and flying types. Removes the need for harcanine imo
Sand is cool but if you can ohko the zard with Yaichu then weather control is pretty unnecessary imo.
Same with rain you can clear all your threats under rain.
This frees up half the team.

Cus something I been seeing a lot of is psyspam and it’s been crushing me
And this team seems to have a terrible match up with it
