I dont think Skeledirge needs focus sash he is super bulky.
He would be better with lefties

Basically the whole team can be reworked.

Are there any mons in particular that you like or want to use

I dont really have time rn, but you definitely want whimsicott in here with either charm or tickle

With the team they posted I would start off with Whimsicott and Sneasler most times I figure

Unless you really want to go 100% damage right away with Starraptor, but there are teams out there that look for that.

Its almost a TR team 😂
You have alot of slow mons.

So basically start with whimsy staraptor like rev said go tailwind first and use charm on staraptor when he megas to boost his attack.
Use close combat with staraptor as much as possible to boost his defences.

All the other mons are to support him and cover other typings

Do you know type weaknesses yet?

Sneasler does have to xome on the team but he can help fakeout if theres poison or fire threats to kill whimsy

I know a few types and their weaknesses but not all

Have a type chart on your phone or print one if you can itll help alot.

This team is pretty self explanatory just hit thing for super effective damage while buffing staraptor with close combat boosts and whimsy.

You might want to try and pull for a mon like
Sinistcha, milotic, Clefable or Primarina when you can to get a life dew user. That attack heals you and your ally for 1/2 health super good for keeping staraptor alive.. but he does have Roost which heals him

Other thing is Skeledirge has Slack Off which heals him and torch song which boosts his special attack so every time you use it he gets stronger.. fyi he also has unaware which ignores stat boosts so he can ignore the boosts an enemy staraptor gets

Skeledirge is also immune to fighting moves so you can switch him in knowing their staraptor is going to close combat and it blocks their attack

Ooh and whimsy has encore if you dont know that move yet. It makes your opponent use the same attack they last used for a few turns.. so if they protect or fakeout last turn you can lock them into a useless move

On second look I would probably drop protect on snealer for rock slide. Your team doesnt like fire alot 😭

The team is built around making Charizard-Y as safe and annoying as possible.

Charizard sets sun and starts putting pressure on the board with big Fire damage. Once sun is up, Venusaur becomes really fast with Chlorophyll, so it can threaten Sleep Powder or hit Water, Ground, and Rock types that try to beat Charizard.

Whimsicott gives you Tailwind, so even if sun is removed, the team can still play fast. It also helps stop Trick Room with Taunt and can punish Protect or setup with Encore.

Incineroar is there to make the game safer. Fake Out buys free turns, Intimidate weakens physical attackers, and Parting Shot helps bring Charizard or Venusaur in safely again.

Raichu protects Charizard from Electric moves with Lightning Rod. That’s really important because Charizard teams hate Electric pressure. Raichu also gives Fake Out and Nuzzle, which makes the opponent’s turns more awkward.

Aegislash is the safety piece into spread moves. Wide Guard helps block Rock Slide, Earthquake, Make It Rain, Hyper Voice, Eruption, and other annoying spread attacks that can punish Charizard teams.

So the simple idea is:

Charizard sets sun and does damage. Venusaur abuses the sun. Whimsicott controls speed. Incineroar and Raichu help you get safe turns. Aegislash protects the team from spread attacks.

Most games you’re trying to get sun up, keep Charizard alive, and use your support Pokémon to stop the opponent from easily removing it.
