I've been using this team alot and realized I'm extremely weak to fight and ghost types and I want to improve my team to counter these types

Well I mean you have 2 ghost reaistances and no weaknesses and 3 pokon who resist fighting to make up for the 3 weak to it

I'd say that maybe the items need some work, shell bell should just never be used and while white herb incin aint bad, its usually used on hard tr
Does life orb cancel out sturdy? I need to check
Ye it does, so either use another item like scarf or switch to the raid boss version of arch
This strategy is very much very hard to pull off with a Pokemon like gambit tbh
You usually want a Pokémon that's very hard to get rid of which is why people ran this with Snorlax
With a defensive berry like Chople berry Kingambit still doesn't survive a Close Combat from Sneasler with that much HP and shell bell is not healing that much, there's few Pokemon you can outspeed with Gambit under TW
Snorlax sticks around for longer has very good bulk and chople berry and Shell Bell could actually work here
You're also just immune to ghost types entirely with the Lax
Without an offensive spread your Incineroar wants sitrus berry or a recovery item
It has no business running White Herb
Offensive Incineroars with close combat will run White Herb
