Help Replace Sableye on Mega Delphox Gyarados Team

Made a Mega Delphox Gyarados team. I want to replace Sableye with preferably tailwind user that deals with rain well. But if the Pokemon provides speed control better than tailwind I am open to options

But Tinkaton is better for fairy
And does more overall. Plus mold breaker fake out
I did consider Dnite
I guess focus sash inner focus Dnite could work
