ok so i got a shiny sharpedo and wanna try getting it working reliably. this team has issues, but works surprisingly well.
the Dive helps sharpedo survive longer to get to high speed, and if you TR and dive at the same time hes under for 2 turns which is funny 😄
help me improve it????
it struggles into M-golisopod, HTR, and if they have a rilla AND a raichu its a real uphill battle

I find mega sharpedo really frail
I'll try it out but I'm not hopeful 😅 the rest of the team seems interesting though
The first thing I’d decide is whether you want base Sharpedo or Mega Sharpedo. Your linked original has Focus Sash, so it cannot Mega Evolve as written. If you want the Mega, I’d start with Sharpedonite and Crunch / Liquidation / Ice Fang / Protect, then work on positioning before adding the Dive + Focus Energy plan back.
Dive can buy a Speed Boost turn, but it also gives the opponent time to Protect, switch or set up, and Trick Room can leave a boosted Sharpedo moving later when it resurfaces. Your Indeedee support is useful, but Psychic Terrain also blocks your own priority moves into grounded opponents—so Kingambit’s Sucker Punch and Sylveon’s Quick Attack aren’t reliable outs while it’s up. I’d keep a direct attack available instead of planning the endgame around those clicks.
