In tailwind gambit is pretty fast

happycandle-57 OP

Lemme look up sash gambit spreads

happycandle-57 OP

4 attack gambit runs speed from what I’m seeing

happycandle-57 OP

Sash gambit doesn’t need hp since sash is your bulk

happycandle-57 OP

Nah you have protect

happycandle-57 OP

All of my other gambits have 32hp 32atk

happycandle-57 OP

Sash gambit seems to be speedy

happycandle-57 OP
  • gambits natural bulk is fine enough
happycandle-57 OP

100 / 120 / 85 is incredible bulk

happycandle-57 OP

Only hindered by a mediocre defensive type (incredible offensively though)

happycandle-57 OP

Its incredibly strong

happycandle-57 OP

I know, but for this team specifically
1. Sash is already taken
2. We need a secondary mega
3. A strong charizard answer

happycandle-57 OP

Sash is already on gambit

happycandle-57 OP

This team won a 113 player tournament, the sets are good

happycandle-57 OP

Thats why I’m asking about evs (they aren’t public)

happycandle-57 OP

What flying type is relevant that we can’t hit supereffectively?
Also I reread this message and no longer understand since 3 of our pokemon have rock slide

happycandle-57 OP

This player went 10-2, natures are matching to what I have, evs aren’t public

happycandle-57 OP

Is he not weak to fire?

happycandle-57 OP

He is 1000% scary if he gets an iron defense up though

happycandle-57 OP

But rotom is our way

happycandle-57 OP

Btw, kingambit would be bulkier than rotom wash if not for his quad weakness

happycandle-57 OP

The issue is kingambit is weak to 3 of the most relevant types

happycandle-57 OP

It already arguably is

happycandle-57 OP

Its between gambit and chomp

happycandle-57 OP

I’d say top 2 every day

happycandle-57 OP

maybe basculegion and garchomp beat it out

@happycandle-57 The issue is kingambit is weak to 3 of the most relevant types
happycandle-57 OP

Garchomp eqs, Charizard heat waves, and sneasler close combats all delete him

happycandle-57 OP

But basculegion is always a win condition. You aren’t able to use your counters against anything else or you lose

happycandle-57 OP

Scarf basc is just such a strong mon

happycandle-57 OP

Gambit beats it but if you need gambit for anything else you lose

happycandle-57 OP

Thats what makes it strong

happycandle-57 OP

It forces plays

happycandle-57 OP

Kind of?

happycandle-57 OP

It makes it an absurd win condition

happycandle-57 OP

If you beat your opponents resists/counters to fish, you win

happycandle-57 OP

:IncineShrug1: :IncineShrug2: :IncineShrug3:

happycandle-57 OP

Same but even with him basc is a threat

happycandle-57 OP

Of course, but basc is still strong

happycandle-57 OP

Alright gn

@happycandle-57 I want EVs if anyone has them. Otherwise, I’m open to suggestions ![image](https://cdn.discordapp.c…
